Well, I was notified by Barnes and Nobles that the 6th Harry Potter book: The Half-Blood Prince is going to be released on July 16th, 2005.

I will definitely be hitting a bookstore on that day.

I have read all of the Harry Potter books and I like them. I liked the last one a lot since it shows a part of Harry that I would expect from a real boy. The reaction to being "famous" and "powerful" and being confused because you don't understand why things happen and  you don't want to disappoint people when they expect so much of you...

Yeap, I really liked it.

I LOVE the Far Side! Ever since I was in New York City, I loved reading them in the paper. Over the years I have come about to understanding most of the humor.

So, to my delight, a friend of mine gave me The Complete Far Side collection. Oh boy! 20 lbs. of pure Far Side delight.

Now, I have something to get me going in the mornings...

And, as an added bonus, Larson did a comic on my birthday. "Through the hoop Bob, through the hoop".
